Shannon Estuary 10 Mile Poster

We are teaming up with local rugby club St.Senans RFC  to help raise funds for both our teams.

We get out what we put in – as the old saying goes – so lets spread the word and make it a great day out for all

Building community spirit is a big thing. As we go forward as a club we will need lots of support to help chase the targets we set for our members. As a club we are based in limerick and Shannon, so lets get out their and run.

100% of the funds are going towards the clubs and their members

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

On the day parking is available in the graveyard car park. Showers/toilets/changing facilities are available at St.Senans club house.

Sandwiches / drinks/soups etc will be served after the race.
