Rebecca Coughlan continues her fine winter running streak taking third place at the recent Great Health 10k

 

 

 

All smiles on her tippy toes. Becky the bullet as we have christened her doesn’t let her stature hold her back. The great health 10km race was nice way to kick start my prepartions for the season ahead. The course was nice, a few drags and a hill not to mention the cold weather, but im happy with the time for what I have been doing this week in training. Fingers hands and toes crossed for the season ahead with all my GoTri girls and team mates
