I can sit for hours mulling things over – some would call this procrastination but those in the know call it deep thinking. I just take this sometimes to extremes.
It was a week of deep thinking about the athletes in my care. Everything is not working- you see the results but I see a few things that need to be improved and this then led to looking inwards.
What example am I setting ? And then this led to Holy Jesus what’s my kid going to think if I’m only doing things half arsed and sweating about an athlete/s who has all the talent and doesn’t want to train.

Jen was on bed rest orders this week. Poor girl had to listen to me moan as I have given up the sugar in the coffee and changed a few eating habits.
The Bump is now a mountain. It is almost like a game of Mario kart happening in her belly as we stare and feel the little man kicking and fighting for attention.

Highlight of week 16 baby count down had to be a receiving a txt video from Jen with a slow action fight scene between Bruce Lee and Paul O Connel ….

The Google research continues along with the shopping….. Did anyone know Jen was such a great shopper 🙂

Get ready for a growth spurt. In the next few weeks, your baby will double his weight and add inches to his length. Right now, he’s about the size of an avocado: 4 1/2 inches long (head to rump) and 3 1/2 ounces.
His legs are much more developed, his head is more erect than it has been, and his eyes have moved closer to the front of his head.
His ears are close to their final position, too. The patterning of his scalp has begun, though his locks aren’t recognizable yet.
He’s even started growing toenails. And there’s a lot happening inside as well. For example, his heart is now pumping about 25 quarts of blood each day, and this amount will continue to increase as your baby continues to develop.

So you all read this and think ….. how cute? i read this and go…. poor child it is ruined if has my ears, Im almost deaf !!!
