March training day : 

Goal aerobic volume and technique focus

Plan outline: 

Friday night – Bag drop at the gym for 7pm – Please ensure you pack enough kit – cycling gear and running gear and potentially surf gear. Bags will be drop to the hostel for when we arrive.

Saturday : Swim Shannon Pool at 7am 2hrs aerobic technique work

10:30 am Departure leaving the GoTri Training centre towards lahinch ( please note this will be an aerobic long bike and we will not be taking the direct route – )

2:30 : Lunch –

4pm beach run and drills  ( Please note this will be changed to suit tides etc – there will be a run but time tbc )

Post run surf session/ lesson – Fun times

7pm – Camp dinner – location tbc


Am beach run and drills – aerobic work – barefoot run and aerobic work

11am long bike home : 4HRS Aerobic work

Finalised time table will be released closer to the time along with costs etc

All are welcome to take part. Please ensure your trip girl licence and club memberships are up to date. Friends from other clubs are more than welcome but same rules applies must have a tri licence
