Monday Murder coached training sessions

Every Monday we meet at ULAC activity center in Killaloe at 2 mile gate. We bring together 4 coaches with approximately 40 athletes from all the local clubs taking part.

Next Monday evening we have a 1500m swim to Turbo session planned for all levels

We will have a shorter loop for our Juniors. We will run things on a time handicap basis after our swim starts practice in our normal groups with coaches Liam Anna STL and Darragh
