The Shannon Running Series 10k

The main event will take place on August Friday the 1st

Kids 1500m dash and medal presentation with take place at 7pm

Adults 10k over a 4 lap course will start at 7:3- sharp

Pacers will be in place to help all those who want to break 40mins and 50mins

Prizes for the series 3 x 5km and 10km will be presented straight after results are done and last runner is home

Prizes for the top 3 males and top 3 women’s and vets winners male and female over 40 will be presented once last runner is home

Times will be posted on the night 🙂

 

Sign on location and toilets and showers etc is at ST.Senans Rugby Club Shannon Co.clare

sign on is open from 6:15 to 7PM SHARP

kids event is free so drag them along to take part and they can hand out the water ant the water stations
