The Last night of the 5km training series and now its all systems go towards creating and building our local 10km and helping all you runners achieve a new personal best time

A great night of fantastic running, Brian Murphy of Ennis Track took up the running early into lap 1 with a commanding 8:45 spilt for just over half way, not too far behind was the An BRu runner Gary Egan who looks to well clear in the overall series.

Everything comes down to the 10k and producing a great performance to get your personal best
