This Saturday we will have our second monitoring session of the 2015 season and now that the Tri Irl calendar has been released we can start to think about the approach to the season ahead. AS head coach, I see these days as just little snapshots of potential and nothing but markers on the road to full fitness. It doesnt matter if you missed the first day try your best to come along to this one and get your season off to a good start
