Start/Finish/sign on all take place from the GoTri club house : Unit 1 Smithstown Shannon Co.Clare
Registration opens 9am on race day & closes strictly at 10:15am
Race start time is 11am Sharp
Entry is via Triathlon Ireland www.triathlonireland.com
Entry costs €25 for Triathlon Ireland members and €30 for non T.I members
- Dont be put off by needing a 1 day racing licence
- lots of people take on their first duathlon using a 1 day licence
- There will be a sign on the day at registration asking if you need one
- or you can buy a licence online at www.triathlonireland.com
Junior Entry Costs €5
Distances 4.5km run /21km bike /2.5km run
Can you break Con Doherty’s or Sinead Lynch’s Course records ? if so you will win a course record bonus of €100

apologies im only seeing this now and i hope you made it on the day
tried to enter my son for the duathlon, he would race 16-19. The TI website states it is not available. Is it full?
are all age groups running at the same time because last year it was dangerous
