Stephan Teeling Lynch,Neuromuscular Therapist, Nmt,smt  specialises in Trigger Point Therapy and Trigger Point dry needling. The treatment sessions are all an hour long(or can last up to 3hrs- treatment depending) that include full assesments relevant to the client and his/her activities.

Coach- Therapist STl Specialises in helping athletes Return to full competition working from an extensive knowledge of his own personal injuries and his studies with the N.T.C in Neuromuscular Therapy he applies his full attention to helping the athlete return to their choosen sport.
